I use Bluehost and the Form Builder works flawlessly for me.
To upload without filezilla log into your cpanel and scroll down to the File Management section and select File Manager.
From there select the Document Root for: for the domain you wish to work with.
Now you can use the tools across the top of that window to get your files uploaded.
Next place the script provided by the Form Builder into your page and publish. Preview the site and see if the files were uploaded to the proper location.

Good Wed Morning Mr. Rohloff,
You mentioned "Document Root" for the domain you wish to work with. How do I recognize the "Document Root"? Exactly what do I look for so I will know I have the right file? Thank you so much.

For me the folder is the name of the domain.
For my pestlogbook.com site I have a folder named pestlogbook
I can't hear what I'm looking at.
It's easy to overlook something you're not looking for.

Good morning again,
I returned to Host Monster/Blue Host and went to my cpanel > File Managemnt > File Manager. I found out what the "document root" represents and will never forget "public_html". Now, is my next move to upload the Coffee Cup Form Files? In other words do I want all of these files together and uploaded? Believe me, I don't want to be such a pest, but I want to make sure I'm doing the right thing and not deleting or messing up any files. Thank you so much.

Good morning Mr. Steve,
You provided a link to YouTube that showed setting up your Coffee Cup web form. Your presentation was great. However, I note on my copy of Coffee Cup Form. Here are the TABS. They are > Notification-Storing results-Mailing Lists-Payment
General-Form Publishing-Confirm Email-Confirm Page
There is no "Email Notices" tab. Did I miss something? I am trying to follow every instruction you all so kindly provided to get my Coffee Cup Form setup and working on my Xara Web Design 10 Premium website. Once I get that done, I will complete then publish the website. Thanks so much sir.

If there is anyone here still using Xara Web Design & Coffee Cup Forms, please help me. I have tried over and over again, but still can't get a Coffee Cup Form on my "Contact Us" webpage. Is there anyone who can give me a step by step, 1,2,3,4 process that would include what to do. I already have a great looking Coffee Cup Form, so just need what to do to get that form onto my webpage. I admit to being slow, so, any help would be appreciated.

You might want to goto the Xara Web Design forums for help on this. Not sure many people here use that program.
