I can't hear what I'm looking at.
It's easy to overlook something you're not looking for.

I just set it to the default settings and they are still there. I would have thought that this would have been an easy fix, but I'll contact support.

Is there a special link to submit a ticket, or just use the 'contact us' link?

To correct that, just edit the <script> markup and change width=640 to width=740 and the scroll lines will disappear.
