I would look in the form builder form and see if you can find what your looking or start building a form to see what can be done.

Been digging around a little more and I think that the Stars Wars Event will have what I need - as with most things finding your way around initially is half the problem.

However that initial question remains unanswered and I for one, assuming that I do end up with something worth offering, would be happy to contribute.

I think there was an fb share thread somewhere. I'll do a little searching and see if I can find it.
