Is there a place to download sample forms? Especially interested in "survey" type forms with Display Rules.

Here's a voting form I made with an older version of the form builder so it doesn't have any conditionals. It would be a snap to do now. There's a little php squeezing some mysql to report back the results.

Brand new to this and quite excited at the possibilities that CC brings. For me it's important that I can produce Booking and Registration Forms, lots of boxes, plenty of choices and different prices dependent on those choices. I'm assuming that this will be a piece of cake and yet everything is not quite that intuitive when I read the instructions - I know nothing about scripting, HTML etc and hopefully I won't need to?

To my point - Amazonian asked a question and from what I can see it wasn't answered: Is there a place for Examples / Sample forms?

I think that's a great idea and I'm sure it would help me and others too.

Hi Peter,
I did answer the users question.:) I just didn't provide the actual form as having only one element to place on the form makes it pretty straight forward. In Form Builder itself there's several templates provided free. I think there's like 23 and 5 of which are already setup for payment setups. So take the trial version for a spin and take a look at those templates as they will give you a lot of examples. The other thing you can do is cruise the Web Form Builder forum and take a look at the forms users asked help with. I know I helped quite a few users myself on some pretty awesome forms.:)

Hi Eric

I probably came across a little heavy - the question was " Is there a place to download sample forms? I don't see that there is but I will now go a hunting, I've already bought the program (I'm that confident) as it looks to do a whole lot more than JotForm, but perhaps not as much as Adobe? I have tried trawling through the Forum especially with regards to 'calculations' where they was a lot of discussions all of which pre-date this latest version which appears to have more than answered those questions - what I don't see, and would like to is a multi-question price list which is probably what I will end up with, once I get head around what I need to do - essentially it's a conference registration form: choice of meals, hotels, registration and events - simple!

Did you take a look at the built in templates? The calculations feature was a huge request. I hope that feature gets implemented soon.:)

I don't see what I'm looking for in the Templates but as you have mentioned 'calculations' as not having been implemented as yet perhaps I've jumped the gun? The nearest is one form that would take you to a payments page but as you can't 'see' that in operation it's not a lot of use at this stage (rank beginner). That I guess is my point, it would be useful to see by way of a working example just what is possible and ideally adapt it to suit? Are the examples all old hat or am I just looking in the wrong place?

Thanks for your time.
