Hi All,
Quick question, if I publish a form or set of forms to S-Drive, Is there a reliability that the server will not go down and render the online form inactive?
Is the form futureproof?!
Also, the form contents are coming in as "birthday@sticker.coffeecup.com" - Name of form and Coffee Cup - Is there a way to edit this information to my own?

Ever since CC brought S-Drive on-line, I can't ever remember it going down.

Yes. If you have your own DOMAIN name then that can be linked to your CoffeeCup account.

Go to the top of this page and hover over Services then scroll to Domains.
From within your SDrive dashboard, go to Settings and click the Manage Domains button.
Under Support you'll find 'how to' articles for transferring domain names:

I am not transferring a domain - it is a live domain that I have with an Irish provider...
Please clarify again -

Go to 'Services' on the top menu and come down to Domains.
Okay, you have a 'live domain' with another provider. What exactly do you want to do??
If you are wanting to use that domain name for your CoffeeCup account, no problem. It has to be changed to 'point' at your .coffeecup.com account. You can keep the original domain register. You simply re-direct where users go when they enter that domain. It's called domain forwarding. You will need to get the DNS setting for your CoffeeCup account (support can help with this), then go to your domain host and login to whatever you use to manage your domain and change the DNS settings. This can take from 24-48 hours to update on most hosts.
After that, anyone entering yourdomain.com will be directed to your.coffeecup.com account.
Any website you had that domain pointed to before, will now be inaccessible as you cannot point a domain at more than 1 location.
