I have built a form using your software, it is for a website in Russian Cyrillic.

The problem I have is when a visitor fills in their name and comments in Russian.

It is set to save to my MySQL database and does this perfectly in Russian, the database language is set to utf8_unicode_ci

The problem I have is when I want to display a list of those who have filled in the form it displays the Russian text as ????????????

The page has <meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=utf-8" />

All other pages display perfectly it is only the Russian entries on from your form which don't.
In the database entries from your form display in Russian

In other entries to the database they display in a different encoding eg лариса, although all set to utf8_unicode_ci

Weirdly these encoded entries display perfectly as Russian but entries from your form entered as Russian don't display
