To view the lines I talk about below, please select "Doors" in the product selection field.
When you enter a quantity on one line, the next line appears.

I am looking for a few things:

A way to be able to click a "review" button before submitting, and having the customer able to see their entire order (and print it if possible), before they submit the order.

Able to enter Fractions in the width/height fields on each line, but keeping everything on the same line. I know CC WFB only allows 20% as the lowest form field width, but is there a workaround to this so maybe I could have a 15% for the whole number input and 5% for the drop-down fraction input?
