I have a form published where users can upload a logo or other file. I can figure out how to retrieve the files though.

This is the form:http://www.firstcoastfamilies.com/listyourbusiness.html

Thanks.

FTP into your server and locate the folder where your form is stored. In there you will find a folder called STORAGE. Here you will locate the files.

Ok, it's not working. My site doesn't even show up in the FTP. I can locate the folder but there is nothing called storage.

Hi Jenifer,
Did you choose save to csv option in the form builder?
I can't hear what I'm looking at.
It's easy to overlook something you're not looking for.

Is that under Saving Data? I just realized that I have the free version. If that's the case, I'll need to upgrade.

I don't know what that means. I'm saving and publishing, that's as advanced as I get. My FTP only shows 6 of my sites and the one I need is not showing up no matter what I do.

Yes.

I really feel like my issue is with the FTP. I can see 6 sites of mine. One of them has actually been deleted from S-Drive so its obviously operating on old information.

What about my clients? If they have similar forms on their websites, I'll have to manage all of their uploads. Isn't there an easier way to get files?
