Hi
I have created a form which has 3 fields named: Name,Address,Email
I have edited the email Notification Message to include these three fields, as shown below.

<p style="font-size: 12px; color: #666666;">
[_form_results_]
Here's their details:
[Name]
[Address]
[email]
</p>

However the resulting message I receive only includes the 'Here's their details:' text without the data from the fields below
The fb_error.log shows the following:

I have searched the forum for an answer without success. Can anybody tell me what I am doing wrong

Hi Michael,
Are these the names of the elements exactly? if you try to change the names of the element calls it will not work.

Are these valid element names?

[Name]
[Address]
[email]

You can look in the Drop Down list at the bottom and verify you are using correct ones.

Yes the exact name . They are entered from the drop down list

Do you have a link to the form Michael? That may help us troubleshoot your issue.

Yea i never got an email either? not sure what is going on there. Did you select the email field reply to and select email?

Its how to add a web form to RLM but just ignore the RLM references and see how i set up my form. I suspect your settings need tweaking.

I discuss settings at around 2.23
