Is there a way to have results go into a Spreadsheet?

Here is a form -

About a third of the way down there is a section - Race and Ethnic Designations - with a radio buttons next to each one those sections. Is there a way - when one of those is selected that it can be sent to a spreadsheet so that running tallies can be made? If not running tallies then at least section off the results so as to easy to total. I even tried to think of a way that if one of those was clicked it would email the form results to a specific email to make the count easier (there would be multiple emails addresses for the results).
