Remove IP Address and change date and...

I'm trying to remove the IP address from a response email and the confirm email as well come to think of it.
Has anyone had any luck doing this. If it's to do with editing the HTML code
, ie were you get the option to edit code or import from RED, then I need very specific instructions please. It seems totally unnecessary having an IP address there!!! The guy I'm helping with the web site thinks it seems a bit Big Brother ish and quite intrusive. I've never seen it on any other web forms. It would be handy to be able to edit the content of the form results some how!
Also has anyone edited the date and time settings? In the UK we have day, month, year.

Thanks Tim

Don't use the [_form_results] variable but set your variables individually.
For example.
[email]
[total]
[phonenumber]
[firstname]
I can't hear what I'm looking at.

Thanks for that Eric.
Can you enlarge a bit on how I can do that. I looked at the list options on the edit section but I can't remove the form results bit. I tried to delete it from the HTML and added the other bits but the form just came out the same!

Actually when you remove them [form results] it seems to remove the time and date.... As far as I can tell anyway...
Actually not sure about own host. If you mean do I have my own server then no. I use Domainmonster as my host.
