Remove Header or other Static Elements

I see in the news that the webform builder is now header free if you want. Awesome, one of my wishes. However once I add it or it's in a existing form I cannot figure out how to remove it. Clicking on the header and clicking delete produces "Please select an element to delete".

You cannot delete the header itself. You can change the height to 0px.
