If there is a link to a solution, that will be enough.
All my Web Forms that used to e-mail back now give all users a "redirect error" of something similar.
I have created some forms again, with and without custom response pages, with the same result.
Removing all "cookies" from a local computer seems to make no difference?

1. URL to your Website. (For example: http://paul-timothy.net/contact/
2. Operating system. Windows 10. Forms hosted at HOSTDIME.COM (used to be at IMHOSTED.COM)
3. Version of the application. Latest.
4. Trial or registered version. Registered.
5. What specific steps have you taken to create this issue? None. Forms used to work, now produce errors.
6. Does it occur every time? Yes.
7. Can you recreate the issue on another computer? Have tried from from several computer in several browsers.

Something on your host isn't correct as I can't even go to the form http://cvi2.org/paul-timothy/contact.php
I would check your host for errors or contact them with this issue.
