I'm sure you can get an email with their emails in it yes, if that's your intention. If you're asking if you can connect it to some system that will automatically take that email and sign it up, then no the program won't do that.... now someone may know if there's some way to script and program using databases etc. but that's all over my head lol. The program itself can make the form you want, yes, it just can't integrate with things by itself without some major programming I'm sure.

Hopefully someone will prove me wrong for your sake! lol
