The page going back from PayPal to the form page .. ?action=checkedout .. is edited where? It keeps going back to my form page with its original form header area (my form is embedded into a page) instead of a page saying the process has been completed.
Thank you

Not sure about getting it to redirect from Paypal in the formbuilder. I'm sure you could detect where users are coming from and redirect with a script.

After check out purchase through Paypal sandbox, It does not automatically direct me back to my receipt page on my site. I have to click the go back to mysite link from the paypal page. It then takes me back and shows me a copy of the form information sent on the same form purchase page except with this url extension: ?action=checkedout

Should I use redirect from another url or perhaps the redirect to custom html page in the confirm page area?

When I created this template I removed the title/header area of the form. Perhaps that is where I went wrong when it directs back to the confirm page - I'm not sure.
Thank you

As far as the redirect test both to see how they behave.
For the errors I would open a support topic. It seems those are from the other payment methods that are not being used.

I will try the various redirect options. There are some in WFB and an area in the paypal profile > business setup options. Not sure which one is supposed to be used. ?

I'm not sure who to ask about this one, you or paypal. But, It seems while I'm testing in sandbox, that it only allows a purchaser to either sign in with their paypal account or to sign up to paypal and make the purchase with a credit card. I thought they could buy without having to signup to paypal?

Also, is there a way to customize the PayPal Purchase button instead of using the default one provided by paypal on the order confirm page? I'd like to use the same type of button that's used on my form page, if possible.

Thank you for your time. I really do appreciate your support.

If your form is not hosted on S-Drive then you should be able to alter the button image.
