I've built a popup box. Everything is done. It has 1 web address field and two text fields. Each element is named. The email address is named email1, the other two text fields are named firstname and lastname. That's it. For each of the three elements, "Show Element: Always" is selected. There's absolutely no display rules (which seems to be a hindrance as I read up on this). I don't even have "Required," "Auto-complete," or "Verify" checked; although, I tried toggling them to see if it made any difference.
When I go to Settings>Notifications>To: or Settings>Confirm Email>Reply To: the drop-down box is greyed out and no selections are available. Why not? I'm sick of looking up examples in which they show this field white with choices like "email3" being available and chosen. Yah, right...I've tried everything besides picking up my monitor and shaking it to get it to work.
Also, why does Form Options>Auto-focus always revert back to a text field I haven't chosen?
1. URL to your Website -- form not live yet
2. Operating system -- Windows 10
3. Version of the application - Vers. 2.5 Build 5437
4. Trial or registered version -- Registered
5. What specific steps have you taken to create this issue -- Outlined above
6. Does it occur every time? -- Yes
7. Can you recreate the issue on another computer? -- Not available

Hey David,
You are using a text field in your form rather than an Email element. Delete the text field and add the Email Element and your form will also show the magic dropdown choice!

Well, it was worth a shot Adam, but it is an "Email Address" element evidenced by the fact that it says "Email Address" at the top of the Properties tab. Any other options?
Attached your project file so we can look at how you have it configured. You will need to zip it first.

Ok. This is confusing me. I'm not using S-Drive. I'm using Manual Server. I go to File > Export > Manual Server Setup, but I can't export it because it says I don't have the fields in the Confirm Email tab finished. It says I don't have a Template selected but I chose "Just Confirm" and it shows a template in the window area. It also says I don't have an email going to the form submitter, but yet it doesn't provide me with an option to. So I'm not sure what you need as this is my first time doing this but can you determine based on Source Code? I don't see an option for getting the project file anywhere.

Your project file is the .fb file you use to open your form in WFB.

Yah. I guess that makes sense.

Try this version of the form.

So you changed name to "email19" and the placeholder text to "you@domain.com" and changed max length and now there's a "read only" box. I don't get how you did it and why. Please explain so I can use this knowledge in the future. And maybe if you have a few moments, you could let me know if I can change color of "Error Message" text that displays if a field is marked as "Required" or how to keep "Auto-focus" on the name I select...

All I did was delete the element and re-add it using the defaults. The software still thought it was a Text Field. Now you can just re-style the element as you like under the Properties Tab.
Error message fonts cannot be adjusted. They are based on the theme used.
