Hi,

I'm trying to save the form into a MySQL database. I have everything setup correctly as far as the database and have a table configured with the corresponding name as in the webformbuilder. When I submit the form it gives me an error message:

Your form could not be submitted for the following reason(s):
Failed to store the data.

I have the latest build as of 11/14/2018

Please advice.

You only need to create the database. The form builder will create the table after the first submission. Try deleting the table an resubmitting your form.
