Problem with Hotmail address as...
Have tried various combinations in the To and CC fields of the form using the Serious Submit Alert, code unmodified.
Unfortunately the results received by two different hotmail addresses start with ALL the styling contained in the <head> of the code provided by Web Form Builder. Then the title of the message is very messy, and so is the body of the message with some labels in bold and some not. Image attached.
The results come through perfectly correctly to a gmail address and a yahoo address.
Can't find any tips on the forum. Does anyone have any suggestions, please.

This looks to be a problem with Outlook. Found a few articles on it:

The follow-up to these two problems:
1) In order to eliminate the CSS style code received in the results email, I created my own HTML page instead of using either of the Submit Alerts supplied by Coffeecup.
2) Regarding the hotmail recipient address, my own hotmail address always received the results email with the "=" sign dotted all over the place, giving a messy result and indeed this seems to be a common problem. A hotmail address used by the hotel in Nepal (for whom I made the form) just never received the results email at all, either in the Inbox or Spam, and they tested on several different computers. In the end, they have created an address with gmail !

Have you tried creating the email in RED? I've been having lots of luck with that.
