I just made two tests (iPhone and iPad) using the form http://galvestonfishingchartercompany.c … -100.html, and it took me all the way through to PayPal. I then clicked Cancel, and I was then taken back to the form. The date picker also worked as it should for me.

Both my iPad and iPhone are running the latest iOS. One thing you can try is to send him a direct link to the form on S-Drive instead of the one on your site and see if that works.

Worked on my old iphone 4S.
I can't hear what I'm looking at.
It's easy to overlook something you're not looking for.

Well..you guys getting thru the form is good... but did you get the email confirming you filled it out? I did not get the admin notification. Wonder why..

And...sending my client a direct link to the form on s-drive...isn't that where he's going when that's the link that is on the site/app?

I got the notifications.... finally... it's just slow mail day I spose.. Thanks guys for the help.

Oops..one more teeny request.. just to make sure and before I contact my client again. Can you do a test requesting a March or April date? He says his calendar (if he sees it) won't let him choose past February

The reason for testing on S-Drive directly takes the form out of your website and helps rule out any markup conflicts.

ok..thank you Scott... Just so I"m clear... On the website, the form appears via the iframe script that is provided when uploading to s-drive. Should the direct link work for my client...what would be the problem that needs to be fixed?

That is hard to say since it works for both myself and Eric. But if it does work for your client, then we know something within the markup on your page that the form is on has a problem.

Since it did work for you two, then I can only go back to the person.... which by the way..he calls while I'm typing this...and the problem is indeed between his keyboard and his chair!!!! Problem solved.

BTW..if every tech support were as helpful and accommodating as Coffeecup is, then everyone would be happier!! Yes? Yes!!
