Possible issue with version 2.x and...

I've been working through an issue with Scott for a couple of days now via support tickets.

The issue is essentially that when using your own server (not S-Drive) scripts fail to inject data into a MySQL table and will fail at some point prior to insertion. Depending upon your level of PHP server error logs may report different errors but on PHP 5.3 it reports quite specific errors in a number of PHP files which, when you look at the specific line numbers, all related to time/date stamping.

This could be an issue with my particular PHP config, although that's unlikely as it's pretty vanilla but I have solved the problem, with Scott's help, by downgrading to release version 1.2x

If you are experiencing this or similar issues please could you post?

Thanks.

I had that problem until I switched to the newest version.:)
I can't hear what I'm looking at.

This what you are running into?
Running across this:

[11-Oct-2012 20:37:18 UTC] PHP Fatal error: Uncaught exception 'Exception' with message 'DateTime::__construct() [<a href='datetime.--construct'>datetime.--construct</a>]: Failed to parse time string (New) at position 0 (N): The timezone could not be found in the database' in /home/usscalem/public_html/forums/form/memapp/OnlineMemberForm1/fbapp/php/config.cls.php:179

FormBuilder version: Web Form Builder (Windows), build 2.1.4908
PHP Version: 5.3.10

Form worked fine until I setup the DB. When I hit submit, it just goes back to a blank page and I get those entries in the Web for error_log. I know that it can talk to the DB, or at least it did once, with the table was created.

See-ya

Yeah, I should have reported back on this - that's exactly what I was seeing Mitch and after a lengthy exchange with Scott, who referred it to the developers, they issued a fix for me.
