Noticed that if i have an empty html block i get the following error once the form is exported:

"Your form could not be submitted for the following reason(s):
Failed to read or decode form configuration."

Simply removing the blank html block seemed to fix the issue.

That is caused by a corrupted upload. Delete all form files and then export and upload them again.
