It is responsive on another screen but on both iphone and android it does not respond nor does it show the full form.

Is there a way for the form not to show if the page is opened from within the site? In case I'm not clear it only opens when the site is opened ?

Thanks

I have attached a screen shot of my chrome but I get this on android and iphone. The pop up keyboard does not work correctly on the android - it comes up for a moment then disappears, but the keyboard works for the iphone

Explorer and Firefox work ok. I have a split on computers with chrome, half work half don't

Thanks

Byron

part of that code came from google (tag section) That is a old menu and I made an error but do you think that would have any problem with the form pop up.

Submitted a tech ticket and they said that the pop up was non responsive at this time. So I was going to create a tall "skinny" form that showed up ok on both mobile and desk top - but I can't get the problem of how it shows in my chrome to go away. Which is how it looks on a android and an iphone. It is very close - the form shows up okay but the X feature to get out of the form does not show up. I have played with the % and px and cant get it to show - Stumped

Have attached a screen shot

Hope there is an idea

Eric,
I am having a similar problem where my pop-up is chopped off on an iPhone or when I scale Chrome/Microsoft Edge/Safari down (instead of full screen). When I go to your sample (http://ericrohloff.com/coffeecup/ccforu … ive-popup/) I have no problem on iPhone or when I bring Chrome/Edge down smaller than default form width/height, it rescales as desired.
I cannot replicate on my server (or on my computer). You can see a pop-up I have made at http://www.cregeens.com and click on newsletter. When you scale down browser below pop-up width, the form does not rescale. I tried creating a simple webpage using your code and pointing to your files above (see http://www.cregeens.com/delete) and I get the same behavior.
My domain uses Linux with the old hosting (not cpanel), I am using a registered version 2.9 Build 5509 of Web Form Builder I thought it might be server related, as you pointed out in a post recently, I had to update my PHP to Version: 5.6.27.
I am using Responsive Site Designer Version 2.5, Build 2425. I think the problem may be there. When I preview the forms on RSD I get the same undesired behavior on my computer. (Chrome, Edge, Safari) Only the website sample you posted works on my iPhone, Chrome, Edge, Safari as desired.
thanks

Hi JB,
Go back to the Form Builder and make sure your using a responsive theme for your form.

Eric,
I confirmed I am using a responsive theme. I don't think it is Web Form Builder where the problem lies. I created a simple html page (http://www.cregeens.com/poptest.html) using solely the code from Web Form Builder (head/body) as well as the responsive script you posted in the thread "Web Form Builder (HTML version) Tips & Tricks - Post ID 252344"
If you click on this simple page, you will see it behaves correctly. I then cut and pasted the head to my RSD webpage header, and created and html box for the click here html body portion (right below my signup for newsletter button) and when you click on it, I get the UNDESIRED behavior. Somehow, I think something in RSD is causing it not to work.
So I created a blank webpage in RSD to test, and again, placed same form in directory and it will not work with a blank white RSD webpage and the Web Form Builder code. But the simple html I did with notepad does work correctly. Bottom line, compare (http://www.cregeens.com/delete/poptest.html) which works and (http://www.cregeens.com/delete/index.html) which does not work.
thanks
JB

FYI. After many trial and errors modifying the simple RSD created webpage (http://www.cregeens.com/delete/index.html) I discovered two lines of code that were causing the problem. RSD puts this in the header <link rel="stylesheet" href="css/foundation.min.css"> which prevents the form from being responsive on iPhone and this <script src="js/jquery.min.js"></script> at the end which prevents the form from being responsive on desktop. Removed those and the simple RSD webpage works. Using the program (RSD), however, I don't know what puts these lines in or if I should take out with text editor after publishing?
