Hi Richard,
I would try down grading your version of php if your host upgraded you.
I can't hear what I'm looking at.

Can you share a link to the form?

I have the same error:
Deprecated: __autoload() is deprecated, use spl_autoload_register() instead in /........../fbapp/php/config.inc.php on line 64
Your form could not be submitted for the following reason(s):
Warning: [ err 2/line 391/config.cls.php] session_start(): Cannot start session when headers already sent

I guess it's a php version problem. I use version 5.6 because I haven't had time to update some scripts.

The Form Builder must be made compatible with the most up-to-date versions of PHP!

Yeah, my windows hosting has PHP v5.3. That would have been around 2010 till 2013 while it continued to be maintained. The admins say it's not possible to update it and that I needed to switch to a more expensive plan. My unix server is running 7.x. and has the possibility to stitch to any version of php. All at a click of a button and no need to ask tech support to get involved.

The last update that we heard from Hans Top, was that they were still trying to make a decision to upgrade Form Designer (FD) to have a back end provided by WFB. The other idea that Bob wrote about was how to use google as your back end by using their field names and use FD to make the form the way you want it. This would give you better html 5 compliant coded forms and google would do the rest for you.

The other idea CC had was rolling FD into Site Designer (SD) but still no back end. They also had an idea to use AWS (Amazon Web Services) cloud services. All of this was posted over a year ago and there has been no further updates. That I've seen.

Then there is using CC's service: https://www.coffeecup.com/sdrive/forms/ that was built for WFB. If you had a large budget, it probably works flawlessly. I'm guessing they are running an outdated PHP version there to match that of WFB.

So Nunzia, you are right about the entire software family for creating forms, it's not just WFB's PHP code that needs updating.
