I'm having the same issue...when I hit "submit" it goes to a blank .php page. I've run the fix Steve indicated but I still get the same issue.

Sorry, "the fix Scott indicated". Never try to e-mail and troubleshoot at the same time. And they say women are supposed to be able to multi-task....

You should upgrade before you do anything Linda. You are quite a few versions behind. You are using 2.2, but 2.3 is the latest release.
