PayPal issues - Post ID 232621

I have set up a form for a picnic registration http://njdmavaevents.org/onlineticketprocessing.html. When you fill in the form and click submit, the paypal information is cut off. I can not figure out how to get this in the frame. Also the URL you are returned to after paying, works but is cut off. It seems to not be using 800x600 frame set. Just trying to figure out if there is some page code to edit. Any assistance would be great.
