PayPal button and "cancel_return" -...

First let me say that I'm brand new to this app and have virtually no experience with HTML or any other coding, so responses in layman's terms with explicit instruction will be greatly appreciated :)

I'm using WFB to create a pretty simple order form for my new website. I've been able to set it up with the look and functionality I want, including PayPal. And oh yes, I'm currently using Sdrive. The form is contained in an iFrame on my site.

Here's the checkout process:
> Choose product
> Select add to cart button (button I created and added to WFB)
>"Almost done!" message appears with "check out with PayPal button" (irritating that it appears way up at the top of the page but the page opens at the bottom-user may not know to scroll up to located the payment button)
> Click on that PayPal button and the PayPal order summary page appears...SO FAR SO GOOD!
> Here's the rub...at the bottom of the order summary is a link to cancel and return to...
When that link is selected it takes me to https://www.paypal.com/us/home, not back to my site.

I've spent hours on this and have gotten nowhere. I've checked and rechecked every possible setting in my PayPal account. Read everything I could find in CC & PayPal support and the web in general to no avail.

I did located the code for "cancel_return" which may be what I need to tweak (and I think I'm capable of doing that), but how to get that code into my form is a mystery.

To try to identify where the sang is (with form or with PayPal settings), I also loaded one of my PayPal generated buttons onto my site and went through the same process as described above. Using that button, when I select the cancel and return link I am correctly brought back to my site.

Please oh great ones, help an old lady out here so I can launch my new site.

Okay, let me shoot in the dark here ...

At PayPal.com, go to 'Profile' then 'My Selling Tools'. Find 'Website Preferences' and click the 'update' button. Make sure 'Auto Return' is ON. Fill out the Return URL. 'Payment Data transfer' should be ON. Go to the bottom and click 'Save'.

Should be that simple. I hope, um, maybe . . . Let us know.

It should automatically return you to the form. Which cancel and return are you referring to?
I can't hear what I'm looking at.
It's easy to overlook something you're not looking for.

Thanks Gunsmoke, I've done all of that (several times). Doesn't help. It works just fine on the PayPal button I generated in the button factory, but not the one on the WFB form :(

Eric, I attached a screenshot of the specific page with the naughty link.

I tested a form I just made for another user and when I click on that link it brings me back to the form and displays an error saying payment canceled..
Do you have your form setup with the sandbox for testing?

Eric, no I don't, not sure how to do that.
FYI, this is link issue is prior to entering any payment information.
