Not sure what I'm missing here, but I created a payment form with one item on it and when you fill in the information and click the submit it takes you to the page that says Almost Done! and tells you to complete it you must click the button, but.... there is no button...
I've resaved the form, re-exported it and deleted the files on the server and reuploaded all, yet that button just doesn't show up, what am I missing?
You can test it here to see what I mean: http://oaklawnvfw5220.com/ticket-sales.php
Tried on both Firefox and Chrome so I don't "think" it's a browser issue .. dunno

Just for kicks, try switching to the non-responsive theme and see what happens?

Are you sure you enabled payments under the Settings > Payments and then setup payments for the element? It is a 2 step process.

Thanks Scott, that's probably what it is. I "did" set it up, but it seems to have lost those settings so maybe I have the wrong file opened. I'll check the files and make sure I'm loading the right one. Been so long since I've been able to do anything on the internet (which really stops me from bothering to get on the computer much lol) that I gotta get refamiliar with all my files again! haha.
I'll see what I can find as it wouldn't be good if it lost the file setups which were there when I uploaded the form originally. This was for an update to the form which is what leads me to believe I have opened the wrong .fb file (hopes anyways).
Thanks for trying GS, I did check the theme just before I came in here to post this and according to the program the theme I have chosen is a standard theme, not a responsive one so I guess that isn't the issue either.

Ok so not sure what's happening here, but I've gone through all the places I would have a copy of this file and they are all the same, same setups, same everything and same missing payment setups. The payment setups were there 100% sure since she was taking ticket sales a few months ago for a different event and it worked just fine then. I only have 3 copies of this file in any given places and 2 of them were backups while I was creating it months ago.
So the stupid question that I have to ask is... can changing internet/IP/physical location of the computer affect this? I wouldn't think so, but it's the only thing I can think of that has changed since the last time I worked on this form. Am stumped on this one as why the payment info would disappear. Only time I've ever seen that happen is when you tranfer it from one computer to another. Haven't done that with this one though so not sure what's up on it.

If you copy the fb file from one computer to another, the payment information is not copied with it for security reasons. You need to setup the payment details again. If it is the same computer, no that would not have any impact. Remember the setup is a two step process.
Here is a form I put together in 15 seconds.

Yes I have the form working again, that wasn't a problem as I have all the payment info saved as well as the PayPal token info so I wouldn't have to go find it again
so fixing it wasn't the issue, just losing the info and the payment settings was. The payment check box was checked, just no token info was there and I had to put it back in again. It's working, I just want to be sure that there's not some reason it disappeared in the first place

Didn't SirAGE create that form for you? The token information would be on his computer so when you took the .fb file from him, you must enter in the token information again when you open the form on your computer. That is why it was not there. That is the only way the token information could have disappeared.

No he didn't create this one I did, that was my first thing to check before I posted that the info disappeared as that would have been a logical assumption. Unfortunately no, it was something I did and had updated once in between since it was created so it was all there last time I updated as well.
