I have frequent situations (such as registering for a Golf Tournament) where registrations can pay either by credit card or by check. Form Builder does either one well, but I haven't found a way to combine the options in one form. I currently use multiple forms -- one for paying by credit card and one by cash or check.
Could you modify the software so a user could select method of payment -- if credit card, go to PayPal for payment as you do now. If by check or cash, send an invoice with stipulation registration is complete when payment received.
