Can someone please assist us!
For some reason our order form http://canine-shop.co.uk/RawShop/Order_Form.php has stopped submitting?!
When a customer completes and submits their order form they see the conformation message 'Your order has been successfully submitted and is being processed'. The problem is that we do not actually receive the submitted form.

This worked fine before updating prices. I have checked and double checked email addresses and other details (even though these have not changed) like 'src' and 'a href' and re-loaded (manual method) the form but still it does not work!

I'm getting a 404

The server test looks good. I couldn't test your form because I don't know the phone number validation.

That is the problem with those phone number formats. Since they are different around the world, it makes it impossible to fill in if you don't know which format it wants. Maybe a place holder would be handy, to show the number format.
