CC just for information, i am getting message one or two of your email addresses my not be formatted properly

I am guessing its because i have a number in my email address (ie) 2enquire@.............or handmade4you@......................................

This is common practice in an attempt to avoid spam, in my case i have proven it works

However the form is working perfectly, so not a problem, just thought i should mention in forums as a needs checking issue, and so other users are aware

No, that is not it. I bet you under the Auto-Response > From you put a name and not an email address.

This is driving me crazy:

Your form could not be submitted for the following reason(s):

Failed to send an email to "Larry@QAComputer.com".
Failed to send an email to "agspec@hotmail.com".

Neither Notification or Auto-Response e-mails are being sent? Why?

Can we have a link to the form and maybe a screen shot of the E-Mail Notices settings page?

Does the "herbalinda@telenet.be" email address actually exist?
I can't hear what I'm looking at.

There could be two possible reasons for that:

1. See http://www.coffeecup.com/help/articles/ … g-reasons/

2. You are not collecting an email address on your form or it is not set to required. Make that change and then in the Reply-To, select the email address in the drop down. Also, place that element name in the FROM address so it reads [email].
