One form to rule them all - Post ID...

I'm new to forms but this seems like something you could do but I cannot see how (yet).

I have three forms currently (add event, delete event, change event) that are calendar change requests. Each form has nearly identical fields just more or less. For example the add form has about 12 fields where the delete form uses only about three of those same fields.

I'm trying to figure out how to use a pulldown or radio button for the three choices and when slected, the form fields grey out if not required and if required show the normal notation for a required field. So if you select the delete form it will grey out (and make not required) fields it is not using and change or leave intact the fields it does require.

I know I could do this with three seperate forms (which is what we do now), but I'd like to get this down to one calendar change form that my clients could utilize as a one stop shop. Any help or suggestions is much appreciated.

The form builder conditionals show and hide content instead of graying them out. You should still be able to accomplish the needed task as far as data collection goes.
