One form - Different recipient -...

For a chamber of commerce business page...I want to create one contact form. This would be embedded on a 'business listing' page at the bottom of their info so that the viewer can email right away. On a different business page, I want to add the same form but a different recipient email and subject line.

The client does not want to purchase directory software and looking at several chamber sites, they like the idea of an email form at the bottom.
I know I can build a dropdown list for specific company recipients but I don't want the viewer to be able to see that list. It would be a LONG list of businesses.

Is there a way?

Hi Cindy,
Take the first form in the Form Builder and save it under a new name with a different email address in the settings.
I can't hear what I'm looking at.
It's easy to overlook something you're not looking for.

Since I upload everything to S-drive (because it works better than uploading to my server), if there were 100 business pages, would that not mean q100 forms? :( Or should I try uploading each form to my server again instead?

How many email addresses do you need to reference?

Here's a link to what I'm talking about. Apparently many chamber organizations use a third party for their directory. But my client doesn't want to purchase that so I have to build a custom directory. It appears that it's the same form but it is directed to only the particular company email on that page and the subject line is for that same company. If I can do that using only one form that would be awesome. The only thing I can think of is what you suggested...duplicating the one form and uploading to the server as many times as I have listing pages. which in this case is about 150.

Make sure your services here are far more expensive than a licence for the already existing software would cost him ... maybe they'll fall for that ...

I would email to a php script using the custom redirect option and send the data to the proper email based on the page they came from. This wouldn't work on S-Drive.

Ha...no worries, he will be charged for the work and for the carpal tunnel that's sure to develop. I already told him it was going to be pricey.

Meanwhile, I'll start working on the code. :( :_( tomorrow or the next day.

Thanks for the help. You guys rock!
