So I if I read this correctly I can make a custom notification email in Red for business? Is there a tutorial or white paper for this?

It's a very straight forward process.
Make you email in RED and select Export to Form builder under the File menu.
Now in the Form Builder go to your notification or confirmation tab and click the green circle with the white cross in the bottom right.
Now select Import from Responsive Email Designer.
