Dear,
On my website I have some members with email adress
To contact them I want to use their email address I readout from mysql database.

So when you click on a name of a member the web form opens with a Notification message To the email address of the relevant member completed.

Is this possible to fill the email address from a database.
If so, how do you do that
Thanks

Hoi Eric,
Thanks for the respons
I'm working on a website for our supporters club.
on this page can you see what I mean: http://www.templates4all.be/nieuwlid.php
under e-mail.
What I want to do is when a member of our supporter club would like to contact a board member
the member click on a name of a board member the web form opens with the message Notification To: the email address of the relevant board member filled out. It is the name of the recipient to change in Notification To: the email address
If the member then click on the submit button, the email is sent. To the board member.
I hope you understand what I mean.

I'm a Belgian retired truck driver of 67 years and is website design a bit of a hobby for me so,
Sorry for my bad english, I translate everything with google translator.
Thank you

All the date comes from the mysql database
i work with php and mysql database

There's a few ways to do this. you can grab the values to fill the form from a database or you can pass them along in the url of the link.

I think I have expressed to me wrong
the question is which file should I pass them along in the url of the link. I search for the file in contactformulier_exported to pass the id off the email address.
Thank you
