To whom it may concerns:

I am using Web Form Builder version 2.9 Build 5509.

I am building a contact form for my department and in the middle section, I am using a drop down menu for the selection. On the drop down menu, there are many options with an email for each category.

When a user select appropriate category, an email with that group will notify the group.

My question is on the Notifications tab of the Settings, there are the To and From. Which or what general email should I put in order to run the contact form?

NOTE: I have attached 3 images. Please help!

The to is there for you to send the results to an alternate email address when ever the form is submitted. The from would be the email address the user will receive the email from. Usually representing something to do with the form so a user knows where it came from.
I can't hear what I'm looking at.
It's easy to overlook something you're not looking for.
