Greetings all

I have designed several elaborate forms in a non responsive format. Is there any way to easily migrate the form to one of the responsive themes?

If you have the latest WFB then I would think you could just open your form in the program, then select themes from the top menu and select a 'responsive' theme. CC sells many responsive themes to get you started and I think several came with the program. I'm on drugs though so I may be wrong, but try it out. Should work. Then just re-save and export again and you should have a responsive form.

Um, I'm assuming that the original non-responsive form was created with WFB?

Just a thought, I'd backup your original files first! Just in case . . . :P

I'm not sure. Going to wait for a 'coder' to chime in here.

It looks like you only have 1 menu selection at the top. Your form is responsive and looks good with the exception of the blue lines with 'alternative text'. I'm not sure what you had there before but something didn't translate.

Sorry I couldn't help but hopefully someone else will pop in before too long. :P

Anthony, does that form of yours have a css file? One way of retro-fixing it would be popping the form into a container with a given max-width, then let the form take up all the width of that container. Then you need to work out how many % of the form each element takes up (width-wise) and instead of having the widths in fixed px, set them as % of the form width.
If you have images in your form, you need to do similar: a container with a max-width, the image width 100%.
Try this, it should give you some idea. You may need to float some elements if the input fields get too narrow. Holler if you need help with that. And if you provide a link to the form, then we could see it and probably give you better advice.

And yes, back up before you start!

This is what he sent above. I think he is talking about the 'blue line' items not shrinking.

Whups, just looked at it again and those blue line items are gone... :P

Oh, I overlooked that link...

Actually, the site and everything is as responsive as it gets. You have to squash it down to 330px width before a horizontal scroll bar appears, and I don't know of any smartphones with such a small display.

The only thing that could be fixed is the 'Add to cart' button. If that could be made fluid, then you're all set! :).
