For some reason submissions aren't getting sent to my email address. Everything looks okay upon submission (Thank you! Your form was successfully submitted...). I haven't changed anything, and this is true for several web forms / sites. I use the manual server setup (php). The sites are hosted by different companies (GoDaddy, APlus, others). Is there something that has changed that somehow broke this? Thanks for any light you can shine on this.

Thanks, I saw this earlier and it can't hurt to try. It just didn't look like my issue because I'm not getting the "Your form cannot be submitted..." response. Also, the issue is happening through different hosts. I'll try this though and let you know if it helps.
I've tried this, but still nothing. Any other ideas?
Just one other thought...not using Yahoo Mail are you?

No, I use gmail and sometimes outlook. Here is a related thing. I've tried using S-Drive instead. The web form responses are going to S-Drive (I can see them on the S-Drive forms page), but still not getting emailed. I've tried this with two different forms from two different sites, each of which are on different hosts (GoDaddy and APlus). I'm pretty sure I have the email settings set up correctly (and once again, it was all working fine until a couple days ago). Thanks again.

Open a support ticket and send us your saved form file and a link to your form on the web and we can see if we notice any problems.

I am also having trouble with the Notification Message. When my forms are filled out the main email recipient is not receiving the message. I have myself as a BCC and get the message OK.
Hiya Geoffrey,
Keeping it simple here haha:

What is the issue with Yahoo mail? My form has been working fine until a few days ago. (I know the above post was last year.)
Have something to add? We’d love to hear it!
