Woohoo, I figured out how to do it!!

I decided to leave the date submitted as it could be helpful. To no longer have the IP address show in the email, I deleted the fromaddress in both formpage.cls.php and messagepostmerger.cls.php. To not have my regular expressions spam blocker show, I deleted the information from form.cfg.php. Thank you to CC for all the helpful information in the scripts themselves so I could figure it all out.

Okay, so this is probably not a big deal for anyone who can write scripts, but I can't. We are a small, volunteer dog rescue organization and when I volunteered to take over the website almost 2 years ago I didn't even know how to read html code. Once I get better at all this form stuff I am going to see if I can make the website responsive. Think I'll be buying some more CC software.
