My form:

is passing a curious field into my .csv file:

name email location name1 _submitted_ _fromaddress_
linda thrice linda@*******.com Pine******* Value 7/13/2013 10:43 xxx.xx.xx.xx

The field "name1" cannot be found on my form.

Any ideas?

Did you alter the email notification?

I edited the "auto response" message but not the "notification" message.

Check on the form options tab. Looks to be a hidden field.
