I think the part that might be confusing for some using the manual setup method is remembering to upload only the folder and php file from inside the exported "formnamehere_exported" folder. Or alternatively, renaming the "formnamehere_exported" folder to something like "my_forms", uploading that folder (with other folder + php file inside) and then adjusting the links in the iframe script accordingly.
