-we have the TO: notification set up as follows:

[ASM];[SALESroute];[Impact]

Each of the above fields are set up as a list of contacts. It defaults to the first list only [ASM]. We tried putting one list [ASM] in the TO: field and one list [Impact] in the CC: field. That did not work. How do we get all lists to email?

You reference entering each address individually, with comma separation. We have too many addresses to manage, therefore we set them up as lists. Plus, the form designates which person from the list receives the notification email. If I enter each address individually, then everyone gets the email. Make sense?

Is there a way to email notifications to multiple lists?

Not sure exactly what you're looking for, but WFB integrates well with MailChimp to create and save to mailing lists. Then you can send HTML mail to any list in your account. Depending on the number of emails you send, it's as cheap as FREE. Worth a look.
