Hi, There is only one database with a different table name for each form. I had been trying for days to get a second form to work which it now does after following Eric's advice but for some reason, the same problem has come up again with the third form.
I have compared privilege settings with the working forms and I can find nothing different with the third one other than the table name.
Peter.

How did you enter the settings in Form builder?
Is there any spaces?
The privileges for the user are set on your hosts C-Panel
I can't hear what I'm looking at.

Hi Eric.
This what I don't understand because the settings and privileges are exactly the for both the two working forms (thanks to you) as with the one not working apart from the table name in Form Builder which should be added to the database when it's uploaded onto the server.

Try deleting the table from the server for the form that doesn't work and submit again.

The table has not been created on the server for the form as it is not connecting to the database to create it.

Try one of the forms that works and enter a new table name and test.

This is the message that I am getting when submitting the form:
The form is delivered both to ourselves and the person receives an auto response as normal.

As you suggested, I have renamed one of the working forms and it connected to the database ok so quite what is wrong with the other one I don't know. I'm going to rename the table and see if that works.

I have renamed the form that is not working but it produced the same failed to connect message as per the screenshot above.
Is it possible that there could be a cap on the number of columns on the database?
Peter
