Is there anything different about the form that doesn't work? Are you saving to csv or doing a payment?
I can't hear what I'm looking at.

All forms are set exactly the same, not saving to csv or doing payments.

I have made screenshots of all of the form settings and apart from the table name, they are exactly the same.
I tried changing the table name of the non working form but still had the same problem.

Peter, have you a space in the table name? A table name shouldn't contain any spaces or special characters, underscore is ok.

Thanks Jamo,
I forgot about that item. We'll let Peter answer back and see.

Thanks for all of the help with this problem.
There are no spaces or special characters in the table name.
As I said, all three of the database settings are identical apart from the table name.
Two are working, one is not.
I just cannot see any reason why.

Screenshots of the form settings.
1 and 2 work fine, 3 is the non working one.

I'm not totally clear if you entered a new table name on one of the forms that works and tested?
Are all the forms on the same domain?

I changed the table name of one of the working forms, tested it and it worked without a problem. I then renamed it back to its original table name and is working.
I created a new database, renamed the table of the non working form but that has returned the same failure problem.
All of the forms are on the same server and the permissions for each form are identical. I did screenshots of the raw date of each form on the server and again, they are identical apart from the form and table names.
No matter how hard I look, I just cannot see why the form is not connecting to the database but is working in all other respects.
Peter.
