I'm making a "waiver" Form for Adults and Minors (18 and under) with dates added to the signatures... Possible? How?

Easily done with Web Form Builder. Just realize you still have no idea who is signing, or checking, on the form. May want to goggle a bit and see exactly what kind of wording to use. Someone else here may know more.

The formbuilder has the signature script like my example built in now so you don't have to use mine.
It's in the "Static" elements.
