Modal for Help - Post ID 289325

I want to provide a Help button (on my form) that opens a popup with info on what to do (I do not want the form as a popup!)
Grateful for any ideas to achieve this...

Writing the modal is not the problem (for me) but how to add a button to a web form to open the modal on demand.

I would use a HTML Element.
