Just wanted to post back - Problem was my sever - I have a few hosting accounts with Digiweb and their newest Linux server allowed the forms through.

Must be a settle on the older linux box - Thanks again Scott for the assistance -

If you are using a form in a sub folder and it won't work, look at the path for the file "yourform.php" in the code which you pasted into your Email page. It will probably be "../yourform.php" which will go back to the Home folder, usually "public_html". Just remove the two dots and the slash - "yourform.php".
