Manual Server Setup Confirm Options....
Hi All: I have checked that my WAMP server meets the php, cURL, and Sessions criteria. I copied the exported files into c:\wamp\www. I access my form through http://localhost/SupplyRequisitionForm1-5/SupplyRequisitionForm1-5.html. When I click submit, I am redirected to http://localhost/SupplyRequisitionForm1-5.php in chrome and IE9 and nothing else happens. Any ideas? Thanks.
Check your permission settings for your files in WAMP. Also If there was an error it should be in the directory giving you some details of what might be causing the issue.

I checked the error log in c:\wamp\www\TestForm\storage\fb_error.log.php and I see the message " Couldn't open or read: C:/wamp/www/TestForm.html" but this doesn't make sense. TestForm.html is in c:\wamp\www\TestForm\ one directory lower. It seems to me looking for TestForm.html in the wrong directory.
Permissions looked fine.

I got a form to work in WAMP when it first came out. I know it was a permissions thing that held up others trying to duplicate. In your case It appears to be looking in the wrong directory.

Hi,
I've seen several posts that suggest the issue with WAMP is a permissions thing but no suggestions on how to fix it? Can you please provide some guidance on what to check? My WAMP installation seems to be working but I can not get my forms to work and I'm see the same error Naglanick is reporting in his second comment above.

When you add a mysql database user set their privileges to all.
