I can't locate a manual ... is there a manual or help guide for web form?

I'm not clear what placeholder is for.

Press F1 or go to the Help Menu for the documentation. Placeholder is text you want to pre-fill in when the form loads to show them what they can enter in there. This works great for email addresses, phone numbers etc.
