I've followed the instructions and matched the fields to my mail chimp list, uploaded everything and have run a number of tests but keep getting the same error.
The form is being sent - a copy to me a copy to the person filling in the form and it's adding to the .csv file. The recaptcha must be working or the form would be going at all.
I keep getting this error:

Communication with MailChimp failed. Check the error log.
Warning: [ err 2/line 45/utilities.inc.php] error_log(/var/www/vhosts/artisanfoodtrail.co.uk/httpdocs/Options/TESTFORM/storage/fb_error.log.php) [<a href='function.error-log'>function.error-log</a>]: failed to open stream: Permission denied

Could this just be a firewall that needs a port to mail chimp opening or have I missed something obvious?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
