I have a client who wants a check box that must be checked for Terms and Conditions but she also wants the Terms and Conditions linkable. Is that possible?

I don't know if the new version coming out real soon will have this feature but it's really easy to alter the html to accomplish this if it doesn't.

As a thought in the form put a check box titled I have read the terms and conditions. Add a text instruction to make this clear with no chance of misrepresentation

Outside of the form on the page put a statement and link to a page that has the terms etc in a popup so a person can read it if they choose, click they have read it even if not but the statement is there and they have made their choice. The statement could be made to fit in with the pages scheme.

You could go further and show a page showing what the person had agreed to with a chance to back out but this would mean doing something outside of pure data gathering. Whether this ability can be ironed in to the new version, we will have to see and play with any new features. It is already an awesome bit of software and looks like it will get even better.
